Zohreh Fazeli was a 38-year-old woman from Bushehr, Iran, who held a PhD in Management (MBA) and was reportedly fluent in five languages. Despite living with MS, which affected her mobility and required her to use a cane, Zohreh Fazeli bravely participated in protests in Bushehr. On January 9, 2026, during the Lion & Sun Revolution, she was targeted by government forces. She was initially shot in her side. Even as she struggled to stand again with the aid of her cane, she was shot a second time in her heart. Zohreh Fazeli died as a result of these gunshot wounds.
زهره فاضلی، زنی ۳۸ ساله از بوشهر بود. او دارای مدرک دکترای مدیریت (MBA) بود و گفته میشود به پنج زبان زنده دنیا تسلط داشت. زهره فاضلی با وجود بیماری اماس که بر توانایی حرکتی او تاثیر گذاشته بود و با استفاده از عصا، شجاعانه در اعتراضات بوشهر شرکت میکرد. در تاریخ ۱۹ دی ۱۴۰۴ (۹ ژانویه ۲۰۲۶)، در جریان انقلاب شیر و خورشید، او توسط مأموران حکومتی هدف قرار گرفت. او ابتدا از ناحیه پهلو هدف گلوله قرار گرفت. در حالی که به سختی با کمک عصایش تلاش میکرد دوباره بایستد، تیر دیگری به قلبش اصابت کرد. زهره فاضلی در نتیجه این جراحات جان باخت.
